Woodlea is an historic Edwardian Building, carefully converted into a care home, providing social care in a selection of differing rooms. Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. All are either en-suite or offer washing facilities. Woodlea is situated in a residential area of Doncaster, set back from the Great North Road, within easy reach of shops and other amenities, public transport and the M18 motorway. Specifically, Doncaster town centre is only 2 miles away. This home is rated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as providing ''''''''''''''''good'''''''''''''''' outcomes for its residents.

Woodlea has TV lounges and a quiet sitting room (with both smoking and non-smoking areas). A separate dining room, where residents can join the company of others at meal times,is also an important feature of the home. Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available. The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist, a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements. A varied programme of activities also takes place in the home for the benefit of residents.

Leave the M18 at junction 3 and follow signs for Doncaster along the A6182 to the junction with A18. Turn right, follow this road to the next junction and then turn right into Bawtry Road (A638). Woodlea is situated on the left, between St. Eric''s Road and Whin Hill Road.
