At yourcarehome.co.uk, we believe that trusted customer reviews and shared experiences help people to choose better care and improve the quality of life for their loved ones. We also believe that customer reviews are important in driving the standards of care in care homes and home care across the UK.
YourCareHome operates two review systems. One developed in conjunction with NHS Choices which is available for everyone to use. The other is provided by an external company Reevoo, and is only available to confirmed customers via care providers who are Reevoo members. A number of care providers are currently trialling with Reevoo.
We have partnered with Reevoo to bring their world leading customer review service to social care. Reevoo are a world-wide established and highly respected review company who have been highlighted as a beacon of good practice in a recent white paper by the Office of Fair Trading. Reevoo survey individual residents or their relatives to ensure genuine, independent results, providing the customer with a trusted source to help with the decision-making process.

Reevoo now seamlessly integrates with Facebook and the social web. Their advanced review sharing and participation tools drive real consumer engagement by letting customers involve their friends in conversations about your brand and by highlighting reviews and recommendations from their social circle.
