DESCRIPTION

Drummuir Care Centre provides nursing, residential and respite care for elderly people with physical frailty and those in need of short or long-term convalescence.

Drummuir Care Centre occupies 2 late Victorian/ early Edwardian houses. The centre is situated just a short walk from the centre of Bridgwater and a 20 minute drive from Quantock Hills with easy access to the M5. We are also just a 2 minute walk from the famous annual St Matthew’s fair. The nearest railway station is Bridgwater Station. Regular bus services stop near to the Care Centre.

THE CARE

Southern Cross Healthcare provides care homes and nursing homes for the elderly with a friendly and welcoming environment.

Our focus is our service users and their families. Our aim is to run each of our residential and nursing homes as a family unit - to create a “homely” feeling that our service users can feel safe and comfortable in.
