At St Michaels View we provide quality nursing care for older people as well as specialist dementia care in a dedicated unit.
St Michaels View can accommodate up to 68 residents. The accommodation is provided across two buildings and we have four spacious lounges and two dining rooms in total. We offer single and double rooms, some with en-suite facilities. St Michael''s View also has a relaxation room and a pleasant courtyard area for residents to enjoy.

The comfort of our residents is very important to us, so each room is decorated to a high standard. You''re welcome to bring personal belongings such as ornaments, pictures and small items of furniture.

We never forget this is your home, and meal times are no different. You can choose to eat your meals in the dining room or your own room, and we can provide meals for your visitors as well.

Our appetising, home-cooked meals are nutritionally balanced and we can cater for any special dietary needs - such as low fat or vegetarian.

Southern Cross Healthcare provides care homes and nursing homes for the elderly with a friendly and welcoming environment.

Our focus is our service users and their families. Our aim is to run each of our residential and nursing homes as a family unit - to create a “homely” feeling that our service users can feel safe and comfortable in.

Our holistic approach to care emphasises the importance of social interaction and activities. Our people are very experienced at listening, understanding and responding to the needs of service users.

Our people are central to the service we provide in our residential and nursing homes. We know the best care comes from a motivated and knowledgeable team. We are totally committed to giving our people the training and opportunities they need to help them deliver the standards of care and nursing we demand.

We set ourselves high standards in every aspect of the care we give service users in our nursing homes. We never forget our service users are individuals and we treat them with respect and dignity at all times.

What ever the type of care you or your loved one requires, you can rest assured, we will do our best for you.
