Aspen Grange, in Braintree, is a new, purpose-built care home offering elderly nursing and dementia care. Aspen Grange has been furnished by our professional team to an exceptionally high standard, providing elegance and comfort.

We believe Aspen Grange is your home and we like you to treat it exactly like home. There are no fixed visiting hours so friends and family can come and see you at any time. You decide what you want to do and when to do it, just as you would at home and when help, support and care is needed, that''s fine too.

At Aspen Grange we encourage individuality and provide a supportive environment in which our residents can maintain their independence and dignity and enjoy the highest quality of life. Aspen Grange is an active community and enjoys an excellent relationship with the local community and its groups.

Exceptional Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
Carebase offers top-quality Dementia, Alzheimer’s or EMI (sometimes still referred to as elderly mental infirm) care in purpose-built homes staffed by professionally qualified dementia nurses and carers.

Our Dementia care is absolutely focused on the needs of our individual residents. We are there every step of the way, and place great importance on understanding personal likes and dislikes. Each resident receives an expert consultation to determine their needs, and a personal care plan is drawn up to include not only care and nutritional needs but wider preferences too.

We encourage all our residents to share their life stories with us, we find it strengthens bonds, forms friendships and for those with dementia, helps manage their condition through reminiscence. Over the years we have learnt some amazing facts about each other.

We always seek to involve family and relatives in the life of our homes. Our comprehensive activities programme is central to our daily routines and designed with therapeutic outcomes in mind. We have recently purchase minibuses to support our activities programme and we like to get out as much as we can.
