Linlathen House is a purpose built care home, providing nursing and social care in a selection of differing rooms.

Many of our rooms are for single occupancy, although several are large enough for sharing companions. The majority have private toilet facilities. The rooms enjoy panoramic views across open countryside.

Linlathen House is situated on the outskirts of Dundee on a country estate. It is within easy reach of shops and other amenities. Specifically, Broughty Ferry, a small but busy seaside town is 3 miles away.

Linlathen House has large lounges and quiet sitting rooms (with both smoking and non smoking areas) and a conservatory. Separate dining rooms, where residents can join the company of others at meal times are also an important feature of the home.

Our Chef prepares a wide range of home cooked food based upon traditional cooking using fresh produce. Special diets are catered for and daily choices are available.

The home is attended by an experienced hair stylist,a qualified chiropodist and a range of complementary therapies can be arranged to suit individual requirements.

A varied programme of activities also take place in the home for the benefit of residents.

Take the A92 out of Dundee heading to Arbroath. After the Claypotts traffic lights take the 1st turning on the left and at the top of the drive take the right hand fork into the car park.
