Seabourne House supports up to five young adults with a learning disability and associated complex needs to develop the skills to live more independently and integrate with the local community.

We encourage people to identify their aspirations and make their own individual choices about day-to-day living as well as their longer term goals.

People living here provide feedback on the service through Craegmoor’s ‘Your Voice’ programme, which encourages individuals to voice their views about their service using the communication method that suits them best.
