Brendoncare Knightwood is a total care living complex in Chandlers Ford comprising 30 two bedroom apartments, seven bungalows and a 20 bed nursing centre. Brendoncare Knightwood is an innovative new concept for older people combining quality accommodation with excellent facilities, high levels of personal and nursing care and independence. Set in over four acres of private landscaped gardens, Brendoncare Knightwood lies in the heart of Valley Park with its mature woods and open space, midway between Winchester, Romsey and Southampton.

Total Care Living Older people live in their own home, lead an active and independent life and enjoy 'worry free living' knowing that comprehensive care and personal support services are on hand 24 hours a day. Nursing care, personal care, assistance with domestic tasks and maintenance are all provided on the doorstep, delivered by a team of friendly, professional staff. With the resources on site, residents enjoy peace of mind knowing that regardless of their changing circumstances, the care that they may need will be provided in their own home. Residents enjoy all the independence, privacy, choice and security related to home ownership, but without any of the concerns normally associated with it. All the day-to-day maintenance is arranged and managed by Brendoncare. Additional services and facilities provided include a licensed restaurant and coffee shop, residents' lounge, shop, a library with IT facilities, hairdressing salon and a well equipped fitness centre with fully qualified physiotherapists and occupational therapists on hand.

Travelling from Southampton: Drive up Bassett Avenue to Chilworth Roundabout, take the 1st exit, then the right hand fork and bear left signposted for Chandlers Ford. At the roundabout (Asda on your right) take the 1st exit into Templars Way, take the 1st exit at the next roundabout and at the traffic lights go across, signposted for Hiltingbury and Hursley. Take the 3rd exit at the next roundabout, go across the lights and at the large roundabout take the 3rd exit into Shannon Way. Travelling from Portsmouth and the east: Leave the M27 at junction 5 and take the 3rd exit to Chandlers Ford. At the roundabout take the 1st exit. At the next roundabout (BMW on your left) take the 2nd exit and at the next roundabout (Asda on your left) take the 3rd exit into Templars Way. Take the 1st exit at the roundabout and at the traffic lights go across, signposted for Hiltingbury and Hursley. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit, go across the lights and at the large roundabout take the 3rd exit into Shannon Way. Travelling from Bournemouth and the west: Leave the M27 at junction 3 and take the 1st exit. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit towards Romsey and at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit towards North Baddesley. At the Luzborough roundabout, take the 2nd exit. Go across the traffic lights and at the next lights turn left into Castle Lane. At the lights turn left into Knightwood Road, signposted for Hiltingbury and Hursley. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit, go across the lights and at the large roundabout take the 3rd exit into Shannon Way. Travelling from London and the north: Leave the M3 at junction 12 and take the 1st exit to Chandlers Ford. Go over the motorway and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit into Hocombe Road. At the crossroads (1m) turn left into Hursley Road. At the traffic lights turn right into Baddesley Road and at the roundabout take the 1st exit into Knightwood Road. Go over two mini roundabouts and at the large roundabout take the 1st exit into Shannon Way.
