Acacia Lodge residential care home offers the finest in elderly residential and dementia care. Our home is state of the art, purpose designed to meet the needs of its elderly residents and is situated in New Moston, Manchester, two miles from Oldham and one mile from junction 21 of the M60. Acacia Lodge care home opened early 2010 and is managed by Avery Healthcare Group, a leading elderly care company. Acacia Lodge offers both long-term and shorter-term, respite care and is open to visitors 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This residential care home has 60 rooms all with en-suite walk in showers and round the clock care. Communal rooms, so important to the atmosphere of the home, are spacious and light and provide almost panoramic views onto this busy area. Flat screen TV/DVD’s are in each room, while our quiet rooms are just that, free of TV''s and a place where residents can relax and share moments together.

Acacia Lodge pepares its own restaurant standard food three times daily, and leisure and recreational activities and engagements are undertaken daily with a trained facilitator. This is your home and you are free to do as you please. Whether it is relaxing in your own room or enjoying a chat with friends with a glass of wine before dinner, in one of our many lounges. Life at Acacia Lodge is what you want it to be. We manage dementia in all its forms and stages, with an emphasis on excellence in clinical care and hotel standard support services. Our dementia education programme, Connect, helps families understand the needs of dementia sufferers and is free to all our families.
