Care Home Groups Trial Reevoo with YourCareHome

We are currently working with a handful of care providers who are now trialling Reevoo’s social commerce peer review service.

The main benefits of Reevoo over the other existing peer review service are:

1. Reevoo’s system is a ‘closed’ system and only confirmed customers are able to leave reviews, so reviews cannot be gamed by anyone with an axe to grind or by an unscrupulous care home owner or manager.

2. Reevoo’s email survey is mainly automated which helps to keep the cost down making it half the price of the ipsosMORI surveys soon to be carried out on behalf of YourCareRating.

3. Because all reviews are carefully checked by human moderators if any errors have been made completing the survey the moderator will email the customer and the survey can be corrected before being posted.

4. Reviews are typically processed and posted onto various participating websites within 24 hours making Reevoo’s reviews almost real time.

In fact the benefits of using Reevoo over any of the other review platforms are almost endless, such as the seo benefit, and posting your reviews wherever your brand appears anywhere on the internet including facebook pages and other care home directory websites. The Revoo badge is an established quality mark in many other industries. Worldwide Reevoo content is seen by 35 million people every month which is why it is already known and trusted by people who are looking for care homes online. This reputation and trust means that when people see Reevoo content about your business on your website, or on any other website they are much more likely to engage with your brand, and that means more residents for your care home.

Lastly Reevoo were featured in the OFT white paper on ‘Choice Tools’ where they were held up as being an example of best practice.
