At Hamble Heights we believe top class care can only come from having the right building and the right team – that is why we had Hamble Heights purpose-built and designed with our residents in mind. With an exceptional handpick and highly trained team, we now offer luxurious care for those needing residential, nursing and dementia support. Every resident has their own large private room with an en-suite wetroom. All rooms are furnished to a high standard - features include a wardrobe and desk - however there is still plenty of space to personalise their room. We believe it is important that residents can be as private as they wish, in their own personal, spacious environment. The building offers a great community feel with comfortable lounges, bistro dining rooms, a restaurant quality kitchen and even a hair salon. We’re always happy to visit and explain how the private and State fees system works. We are happy to just sit down, have a chat and we find it helps just speaking to someone in the know. As with all of our care, everything is built around our residents and their individual personality and needs, so we’ll tailor a care plan to your specific requirements, offering as much or as little care as you need – round the clock. Nursing Care. With elderly residents’ medical and care requirements being as varied as the individuals are themselves, our nursing team are not only qualified to the very highest standards, but all continue to receive ongoing training. Dementia Care. The most important aspect of dementia care is that it should first and foremost be personal. At Hamble Heights we make sure that, before anything else, we take the time to get to know each resident as an individual – their lifestyle, their personality… exactly what makes them who they are.
