Overview of service
High Cross House is ideally located in a pleasant area with good transport links to all areas of the city. We have a staff team of 10 people which includes a Manager, a Deputy Manager, three Senior Support Workers, four Support Workers and a Maintenance Worker.
There is a named keyworker system in place and everyone has an individual Person Centred Plan, which is constantly evolving to meet their needs. We promote independence in all aspects of daily life and encourage people to make decisions and choices about their lives and the running of the home. We hold monthly "Your Voice" meetings and have a representative on the National Forum..
An open door policy is in place and families and friends are always welcome and are often involved in social and recreational events with us.
