Water Royd House offers a large number of communal areas which encourage a social atmosphere. This includes two open-plan dining rooms and six lounge areas with modern décor and furnishings. The home also has an on-site hair salon. The secluded patio area is perfect for relaxing on sunny days. The home is situated within walking distance of the local shops, library, doctors'' surgery, pharmacy and post office. It is also located on a local bus route, providing easy access to the surrounding area.
