Craegmoor Supporting You in the South East

Craegmoor has supported living services across England, Wales and Scotland, all providing innovative, creative support which enables people with learning disabilities, autism and mental illnesses to live the lives they want and have the opportunities they deserve.

Overview of Service

We are focused on supporting people to be as independent as possible, both within their own home and in their local community. We are registered to support people with learning disabilities.

We work in partnership with people to ensure they have control over the way their support is provided. We are flexible and person centred in our approach, believing that no two people will have the same support needs, goals or aspirations and knowing therefore that everyone's support will be different. Our focus is on enabling people to achieve their goals and to become more independent.

What it's Like to Live Here

Many of the people who use our service have job placements and attend our daycare centre. All individuals cook their own meals, clean their own flats, buy food shopping and many other day to day skills. This is done with staff support (if required).

All current services are near a bus route for easy access to shops and colleges.
