Craegmoor has supported living services across England, Wales and Scotland, all providing innovative, creative support which enables people with learning disabilities, autism and mental illnesses to live the lives they want and have the opportunities they deserve.

Overview of Service

We are focused on supporting people to be as independent as possible, both within their own home and in their local community. We are registered to support people with learning disabilities.

We work in partnership with people to ensure they have control over the way their support is provided. We are flexible and person centred in our approach, believing that no two people will have the same support needs, goals or aspirations and knowing therefore that everyone's support will be different. Our focus is on enabling people to achieve their goals and to become more independent.

Surroundings

Ross-on-Wye is a busy market town in Herefordshire, which has a good bus service and a wide selection of shops. It has lots of opportunities for people with a wide range of disabilities. Hereford is 30 minutes away, where all the high street stores can be found, along with the train station and cinema. The picturesque Forest of Dean is only a few minutes away, which can provide a rural retreat and a change of pace.
