Overview of Service

Dolphin Lane supports 13 adults with learning disabilities.

Everyone that lives at Dolphin Lane has a Person Centred Plan, which is tailored to each individual's needs and wishes. Each individual is involved in identifying their goals and how they would like to achieve them.

Dolphin Lane promotes Craegmoor's communication strategy, "Your Voice", which encourages individuals, based on their preferred method of communication, to voice their views about the support they receive. Meetings are held where individuals are able to represent the views and voices of others living at the service. This is extended to a voice at area, divisional and national level.

Family and friends are welcome to visit at any time. After 3 months of living at Dolphin Lane, a formal review will take place to evaluate progress made and to discuss with the individual any changes they would like made, regarding the support they receive.
